English At Large featured in Lexington's Colonial Times magazine

Jianping "Jimmy" Wu calls it his "American Dream." Jimmy is from Lexington where he lives with his wife. Together they care for their grandson who is now at Lexington High School. Jimmy works with his tutor Gary Fallick, also of Lexington each week on his English language skills, but truth be told they are more like friends than learner & teacher.

Technology executive and adult learner / small business owner bring strong skills

Patrick McHugh of Belmont and Violeta Jeliazkova of Woburn are the newest members of the English At Large board of directors. Patrick brings strong business skills with more than 20 years of experience with technology companies. Violeta was elected to the first-ever board seat dedicated to an English At Large learner. As a small business owner, she brings both business skills and the valuable perspective of an English At Large constituent.
