English At Large Learners Wanted

English At Large is looking for learners to speak at our volunteer recruitments. Learners speak for 10-15 minutes and answer questions about their experience with English At Large. | To be eligible for a tutor, you must |

Be at least 18 years old. |
| |
Live or work in our 20-town service area. |
| |
Plan to live in the United States for at least three years. |
| |
Not attend any other program that receives money from the Massachusetts Department of Education. |
| |
Not have a degree from a United States college or university. |
| |
Not be pursuing a degree at any United States college or university. |
English At Large has a long waiting list. Students may need to wait between six months and one year to have a tutor.

Spring issue of Learners At Large is Available. Please call English At Large to receive a copy!
English At Large needs writings and artworks for the spring edition of the Learners At Large newsletter. The newsletter gives non-native English speakers a voice and an opportunity to inspire other English learners. We need poetries, book reviews, restaurant reviews, and personal stories. Please feel free to submit writing on any subject.
